Even to other examiners these samples all appear alike. They are really three different variations. If you look closely, you'll see the left-side "cup" is different. In the top line, this cup is shaped like an incomplete "test tube". In the middle line, the cup is a "strawberry". In the bottom line, the cup is a "nose".
